Eating/Drinking
Avoid drinking 1-2 hours before the session so the bladder is empty. Avoid eating 2 + hours before the session.
Sessions
Sessions are 60 mins long
5-6 Sessions are recommended to fully clear the colon.
Limit Intake
Post Session
​Eliminate coffee, alcohol, sugar, dairy or fried foods.

Drink Healthy Liquids
Drink liquids such as fresh juices, smoothies, wheat grass juice, herbal teas, pureed soups.
Limit Food Intake
If you need to eat something, eat mainly raw fruits and vegetables, (remember to chew your veggies well).
Rest Up
Get extra rest. Eat healthy and allow your digestive system to relax. After the Colonic, you may experience renewed energy.
Stay Hydrated
Drink plenty of purified water. It is recommended to drink half your body weight in ounces
Healthy Additions
Take probiotics and add fermented foods to your diet.
Food Intake
Eat easy to digest foods, soup/broth, smoothies, fruit, cooked veggies (no raw), & lean meats.
Rest Up
